Administrative Assistant

Job duties include:
• Work as liaison between various departments
• Communicate with customers
• Provide customer service support as needed
• Help organize and track various projects
• Place purchase orders for sales team
• Answer phones, filing, scan/email communication
• Coordinate office procedures
